Social Justice
In addition to the protection of civil and political rights, the other goal of the Rule of Law is to ensure allocation of resources can meet the standards of social justice. The rights enshrined in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights should be protected by law as well. To ensure citizens enjoy the right to an adequate standard of living, medical care, housing and education and other rights, the government is obliged by law to actively adopt different measures and provide various services and resources to citizens.
